Create an Account (Step 1 of 3)

1. Click Tools menu option in the Internet Explorer Menu bar above.
2. Select Internet Options
3. Choose the Security tab
4. Make sure the "Internet" icon is chosen. Click the Custom Level button.
5. Scroll down to the "Active Scripting" section Scripting section. Select the "Enable" radio button.
6. Click OK
7. Click YES
8. Click OK
9. Close Internet Explorer down. Restart Internet Explorer and return to this page.
